Repositioning a Growing Digital Agency
In my final months at Hardhat in Melbourne, I led the redesign of the agency’s website.
As the company scaled rapidly, its digital presence no longer reflected the maturity or ambition of the organisation. I was appointed Product Designer to rethink how Hardhat presented its capabilities, culture and work to prospective clients.
Clarifying positioning
The challenge was to translate an evolving agency identity into a clearer, more confident digital presence.
The redesign focused on:
Strengthening service articulation
Improving case study storytelling
Establishing clearer visual hierarchy
Creating a scalable template structure for future growth

The new website better aligned Hardhat’s digital presence with its expanding client base and strategic direction, providing a more structured platform to showcase its work and capabilities.
