Craft and Typographic Exploration

Alongside my product and systems work, I enjoy hand lettering and calligraphy.

Working with letterforms outside of digital tools has strengthened my sensitivity to spacing, hierarchy and rhythm - qualities that translate directly into interface design and brand systems.

I’ve done a range of courses in calligraphy, hand lettering and illustration to refine this craft, and I continue to explore how expressive typography can complement structured digital environments.

While much of my professional work operates at platform scale, this practice keeps my understanding of typography grounded in form, proportion and detail.
